Analýza výskytu mnohopočetných zdravotných komplikácií pri ochorení diabetes mellitus 2. typu

Článok analyzuje výskyt mnohopočetných zdravotných komplikácií pri ochorení diabetes mellitus 2. typu na základe vzorky 821 pacientov. Ide o štatistickú analýzu, ktorá vychádza z analýzy marginálnych stredných hodnôt ako aj z testovania a odhadovania lineárnych kombinácií parametrov binomického logistického regresného modelu prostredníctvom príkazov LSMEANS, CONTRAST a ESTIMATE v procedúrach PROC GENMOD a PROC LOGISTIC v programovacom jazyku SAS. Cieľom článku je identifikovať faktory, ktoré ovplyvňujú výskyt mnohopočetných komplikácii pri uvedenom ochorení a kvantifikovať ich vplyv. Výsledkom výskumu je aj identifikovanie najrizikovejších a najmenej rizikových skupín diabetikov z hľadiska výskytu mnohopočetných komplikácií a odhad pravdepodobnosti výskytu mnohopočetných komplikácií pre tieto skupiny pacientov.Reference
