Pandémia COVID-19 zasiahla vzdelávacie systémy všetkých krajín Európy. Školské systémy na túto krízu reagovali rýchlo, prispôsobili doterajší systém práce zmeneným podmienkam a pomerne plynulo prešli na online vzdelávanie. To si vyžiadalo oveľa intenzívnejšie využívanie informačných technológií. Hoci by sa mohlo zdať, že vlastníctvo počítača je v súčasnosti samozrejmosťou, podľa zisťovania EU SILC 2019 na Slovensku nemalo v roku 2019 počítač 26 % domácností zahrnutých do výberového súboru zisťovania a pripojenie k internetu nemalo 25 % domácností. V príspevku sme sa zamerali na charakterizovanie tých domácností, ktoré nevlastnia počítač a domácností, ktoré nemajú pripojenie k internetu.Reference
