Abstrakt
This paper deals with the analysis of wages in selected enterprise operating in the construction sector. The paper is divided into theoretical and application part. In the theoretical part are methodical tools which are used for wages analysis and these are characteristics of descriptive statistics-rates of position, variability, skewness and kurtosis and advanced statistical rates – rates of differentiation and concentration of wages. In the second part are applied these statistical tools to the data analyses of wages of employees in selected enterprise. The aim of this paper is to find out how are wages distributed in the analysed enterprise.
