The article analyses the position of individual industries in the Slovak economy in terms of different indicators and measurable outputs based on input-output analysis. The first section shows methodological problems of modelling multipliers in input-output analysis and in the second section applies and compares some multipliers in the analysis of Slovakia's economy from the used input-output table for years 2000 and 2014. It compares the effects that trigger components of final consumption with respect to domestic production, added value and imports of production into some sectors of the Slovak economy.
